Outdoor Leadership
Program Overview:
The Warren Tech Outdoor Leadership Program (WTOL) provides an introduction to a wide variety of outdoor career paths to high school juniors and seniors from Jefferson County.
This program focuses on turning adventurers into outdoor leaders through practical experience and instruction. By the end of the first year of this 2 year program, students experience undeniable growth in their confidence and competence as a leaders. This is accomplished through in depth experience, rigorous academic studies, hands on learning, and opportunities to lead and teach others.

Challenge Course Facilitation

Outdoor Education
Orienteering
Risk Management
Rock Climbing
Wilderness Ethics
Wilderness First Aid and CPR
Wilderness Survival

Canyoneering
Recreation Theory
Leadership Theory
Ice Climbing
Outdoor Education
Avalanche Safety
Wilderness First Responder Certification
Rock Climbing
Job Shadow/Leadership Experience in the Industry
